The Problem

Their largest customer, a major online retailer, required formalized inspection documentation, but the process was still reliant on manual forms and inconsistent submission methods.

The Solution

Skapa built a custom, web-based portal to digitize KACE's inspection process. The solution allows vendors to log in and complete Q&A-style inspection forms based on the type of inspection needed. Each submission can include photos and is automatically formatted into a PDF. Forms can also be exported to Excel as needed.

Crucially, KACE can now manage inspection questions and form fields themselves without relying on external support thanks to a fully self-service form builder interface.
